Welcome to Ultimate Poker Champion Events Inc. (“UPCE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our websites, events, and promotional activities, including all poker-related competitions, cruises, auditions, and online applications operated under the Ultimate Poker Champion Events brand (including Ultimate Poker Cruises and Ultimate Poker Challenge).

By using our website, joining our mailing list, submitting an application, or participating in any event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

By accessing or using our website, registering for events, or participating in any UPCE activity, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or participate in our events.

• Participation in poker cruises, competitions, and reality-style filmed events is open to adults aged 21 and over.
   
• Each event may have specific eligibility requirements, travel rules, and regional regulations that must be met.
   
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, travel, and health requirements prior to departure.
   
• UPCE reserves the right to deny participation to any individual for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the spirit of our community.
   

By participating in any Ultimate Poker Champion event, cruise, competition, or audition, you agree to be filmed, photographed, recorded, and interviewed throughout the event.
You grant UPCE and its affiliates full rights to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute your name, image, likeness, voice, and performance in any media — including television, print, digital, or promotional formats — without compensation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Feature table recordings
   
• Studio interviews and red carpet footage
   
• Social media clips, highlight reels, or advertising content
   

Participants understand that all recorded materials are the exclusive property of UPCE.

• Teams are responsible for their own branding, merchandise, and uniforms.
   
• Participants may display their own personal or team logos, provided they are appropriate, non-offensive, and compliant with cruise line or sponsor guidelines.
   
• All team names and designs must be approved by UPCE prior to filming or competition.
   

• UPCE reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event or cruise itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety, cruise line restrictions, or insufficient participation.
   
• In the event of cancellation, UPCE will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer credit toward a future event.
   
• UPCE is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred by participants in connection with schedule changes.
   

We are a community built on respect, inclusion, and sportsmanship.
Participants agree to:

• Treat others with courtesy and fairness both on and off the felt.
   
• Follow the instructions of event staff, dealers, and production teams.
   
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
  Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
   

Participation in poker events, physical challenges, or related activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
By joining, you acknowledge and agree that UPCE, its owners, partners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation, travel, or filming activities.

You further agree to release and hold harmless UPCE, its staff, affiliates, and sponsors from any claims related to property damage, illness, delays, or personal injury incurred during travel or participation.

All website content, logos, graphics, videos, and event names are the exclusive property of Ultimate Poker Champion Events Inc.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any material without written consent.

We respect your privacy.
Information collected through our website or application forms — such as names, emails, and phone numbers — is used solely for event communication, marketing updates, or partner news related to UPCE.
We never sell or rent personal data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from participation or website use shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of 

Clark County, Nevada.
